Maya vous invite à la rejoindre pour un cours de barre au sol construit sur le triptyque "Breathing, Stretching, Strengthening". Revêtez une tenue décontractée et saisissez cette occasion pour vous faire du bien en renouant avec la vie de votre corps à travers des explorations croisant détente, joie et dépassement de soi.
Danseuse, Maya Braun Balam Meyong est également la directrice artistique du Perpetuum Mobile et la co-fondatrice de l’ASBL The Dancing Society. Elle se produira sur la scène du Perpetuum Mobile 2021, notamment au sein du collectif L’Ensemble. Elle enseignera, par ailleurs, la technique Horton lors du Summer Intensive.

Maya invites you to join her for a floor barre built around the triptych "Breathing, Stretching, Strengthening". Put on a comfortable outfit and take this opportunity to take time for yourself by reconnecting with the life of your body through explorations combining relaxation, joy and surpassing yourself.
Dance artist, Maya Braun Balam Meyong is also the artistic director of Perpetuum Mobile and the co-founder of the non-profit organization The Dancing Society. She will perform during the Perpetuum Mobile 2021, notably within the collective L'Ensemble. She will also teach the Horton technique during the Summer Intensive.

Maya nodigt u uit voor een floor barre opgebouwd rond "Breathing, Stretching, Strengthening". Trek een comfortabel outfit aan en grijp deze gelegenheid aan om tijd voor jezelf te nemen door je weer te verbinden met het leven van je lichaam door verkenningen die ontspanning, vreugde en jezelf overstijgen combineren.
Maya Braun Balam Meyong is danseres en tevens artistiek directeur van Perpetuum Mobile en mede-oprichter van The Dancing Society VZW. Ze zal optreden tijdens het Perpetuum Mobile 2021, met name binnen het collectief L'Ensemble. Ze zal ook de Horton-techniek aanleren tijdens de Summer Intensive.
