Between gentleness and intensity, Maëva's classes celebrate mvement, articulating the body in detail through slowness by seeking amplitude, strength, and stability. Precision and technique are key, serving the expression of postures. Beyond the postures, the practice is infused with a touch of yogic philosophy. A journey into grace and depth.

Rooted in the world of dance, Maëva trained at IFPRO (Rick Odums) in Paris, then at the Alvin Ailey Dance School in New York. Along her journey, she encountered yoga, which gradually transformed every aspect of her life.

She studied with her greatest human inspiration, her brother Mathieu Boldron, as well as Dharma Mittra, Jared McCann, and many others. She trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, followed by Vinyasa with Mathieu (200 and 300 hours) and Dylan Werner (300 hours). At the same time, she trained in functional mobility (FRC; FRA; Kinstretch), which has allowed her to deepen her guidance of students in their bodies and through movement.
